The NH School of Mechanical Trades is Opening Their Second Location In Hampton, NH
Blue-collar workers in America play a pivotal role in keeping our country running smoothly, each and every day. This includes everyone from plumbers, electricians, oil and gas service technicians, as well as residential and commercial air conditioning technicians. The opportunities for these types of careers are frequently in high demand and guess what? They pay VERY well!
The goal of John Duff and Dean Millard was to help promote just that. When they started teaching at a trade school in Massachusetts many years ago, they noticed a large number of students traveling from NH to Massachusetts for education in the trades.
Fast-forward to today where they've opened a trade school in Manchester, NH. They are currently approaching their 6th year of operation, with a plan to launch a second location in Hampton, NH in the Fall of 2018. After this long, never-ending winter, the New Hampshire School of Mechanical Trades has now resumed construction of their brand new 12,000 square foot facility at 109 Towle Road in Hampton, NH (pictures below). Classes are still on schedule to start this fall.
“We are extremely excited and proud to see this project starting to come together. Our goal has always been to provide a first rate educational facility for the men and women here in the state of New Hampshire who desire a new career in the trade industry, or those who wish to further their current careers. We understand the need for qualified and well trained men and women throughout the trade industry. This is precisisely what prompted us to open our first school in Manchester. Now, five years later, we are fortunate enough to be constructing and opening our second location in the beautiful town of Hampton, NH and we couldn’t be happier! This second location will allow us to reach so many more men and women throughout the seacoast region of New Hampshire and beyond. We have been life-long tradesmen ourselves. We are, and will always be, firmly dedicated to providing the very best education and training to anyone who desires an exciting, and rewarding career within the trades industry. We look forward to making a positive, important impact here in the state of New Hampshire," said owners John Duff and Dean Millard.
