Searchers looking for missing Massachusetts ATV rider in NH park
WINCHESTER—Searchers are looking for a missing Massachusetts man who did not return home from an ATV trail ride in Pisgah State Park on Sunday.
Lt. Bill Boudreau of the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department said Monday that about 25 people from area fire and police departments have joined NHFG to look for Daniel Gill, 77, of Tewksbury, Mass., who began his ride about 9 a.m. Sunday but hasn't been heard from since about 11:30 a.m. that day.

"His wife reported him overdue when didn't come home," Boudreau said Monday. "We're hoping he's just fine," noting that Sunday was a busy day in the park and that Gill perhaps broke down, ran out of gas or became lost in the vast trail system.
Boudreau said there are about "80 miles of legal trails and miles of unofficial trails" in the park. He said searchers have staged on Old Chesterfield Road in Winchester.
People who may have seen Gill are asked to call Cheshire County Dispatch at (603) 355-2000.
