NASHUA- A Nashua store owner is now facing four additional charges on top of his two July charges following an alleged sexual assault in July.

Abhishek Sachdev, 32, of 27 Royal Crest Dr., apt. 6, is facing charges of aggravated felonious sexual assault and prohibited sales for allegedly assaulting a woman in his Main Street store on July 12.

Authorities say Sachdev raped a woman at his business, Cricket Wireless, 83 Main St. on July 12.

He was facing charges aggravated felonious sexual assault and prohibited sales. A Hillsborough County grand jury has now handed Sachdev four additional counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, three counts of simple assault and one count of sexual assault.

Court documents say Sachdev's alleged 18-year-old victim was drunk and unable to resist as he slapped her in the face, kissed her breast and mouth, slapped her in the face with his penis, penetrated her digitally and attempted to force her to perform oral sex and intercourse while in an office in the shop.

Later, another person in the store was able to get an ambulance for the victim.

An initial police investigation provided evidence that Sachdev purchased alcohol that night. Empty beer cans were found at the scene of the alleged assaults.

Sachdev is facing 20 years in prison.
