HOUSTON - The road to Houston and the Final Four starts this week, and it's a big stage for one N.H. native.

Arizona features Claremont's own Kaleb Tarczewski. The 7-foot senior center averages 9.4 points per game and 9.3 rebounds per game.

"Hopefully, all of Claremont, New Hampshire, will be there supporting him," said Arizona's coach Sean Miller to local media on Tarczewski bringing in a crowd. The Wildcats will start the first round playing either Vanderbilt or Wichita State in Providence on March 17th.

The Kansas Jayhawks get the top seed in the south. They won both the regular-season and tournament titles in the nation's toughest conference, the Big-12, and also come in on a 14-game winning streak.

In the east, University of Chapel Hill gets the number one spot. The Tar Heels won their first ACC title since 2008. Thursday they face the winner of Florida Gulf Coast versus Fairleigh Dickinson 'first four' game.

Virginia in the Midwest sits at number one despite seven losses. They have the ACC player of the year and defensive player of the year and will face Hampton in the first round.

As for the west, Oregon got their first ever number one seed in tournament history in what many called a surprise over the powerhouse Michigan State. The Oregon Ducks will take on the winner of the play-in game between Holy Cross and Southern.

The Holy cross have a 14-19 record but they won the Patriot Conference title and are in the tournament first time since 2007. They'll play the Jaguars Wednesday.
