CONCORD (AP) — National Endowment for the Arts chairman Jane Chu is scheduled to spend two days at arts and music venues in New Hampshire.

Chu was expected to be in the state Tuesday with appearances scheduled in Nashua and Peterborough.

She's touring Nashua's sculptures and public art installations and will attend a City Hall discussion about plans for a performing arts center.

In Peterborough, Chu is visiting the MacDowell Colony and Monadnock Music. The NEA supports residences for artists at MacDowell Colony.

On Wednesday, Chu is addressing the closing session of the New England Foundation for the Arts Creative Communities Exchange.
