NASHUA — Katlyn Marin has been found guilty of killing her 3-year-old daughter in 2014.
The verdict concludes a two-week trial of Marin who was charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter in the death of her daughter, Brielle Gage. Gage died of blunt-force injuries after Marin assaulted the toddler several times.
A judge found Marin guilty after she opted for a bench trial, meaning a judge instead of a jury determined her guilt.
