Nashua woman charged with drunken driving after police say she hit 2 cars

MERRIMACK - A Nashua woman is under arrest for a second time after crashing into two vehicles early this morning on Swift Lane.

Sandra Norman, 61, was charged with a second offense of operating under the influence of liquor. Police said a caller reported a vehicle hitting two separate cars in the Swift Road area shortly after midnight.

While units were checking the area, officers located a car heading north on Daniel Webster Highway operating at a low speed and the driver was having trouble navigating the lines on the road. Officers pulled over the car and arrested Norman. Her car had front-end damage on both the driver and passenger sides of the car with two different colors of paint from the cars hit on Swift Road.

She was ordered held on $1,000 cash bail and is expected to be arraigned today.
