Nashua teen one of three charged with trying to break into Merrimack Firearms


MERRIMACK - A Nashua teen who allegedly tried to break into a gun shop in Merrimack with two accomplices faces charges.

Dennis Martinez, 18, has been charged with criminal liability to commit burglary following an investigation into events last month that included this attempted break-in and a later burglary in Pelham, where all three were arrested.

Martinez face charges in connection with both crimes along with Jonathan T. Flynn, 19, of Pelham, and Danielle P. Hagan, 19, of Hudson.

Martinez was released on $20,000 personal recognizance bail on the Merrimack charge and is scheduled to appear in the Merrimack District Court on May 5.
