Nashua sex offender arrested for failure to report address, work place

NASHUA - A sex offender has been arrested on several charges for failing to register his home address and work address.

Dennis Gilbert, 50, of 8 Parkinson Court, was charged Tuesday on felony counts of duty to report and two counts of duty to inform. Each charge carries a possible sentence of up to 15 years in prison.

Gilbert was convicted in 1993 of aggravated felonious sexual assault in Hillsborough County and was ordered into the state's sex offender registry.

Detectives determined Gilbert failed to register within five days of his new address and failed to report his new employer.

He was helped on $15,000 bail.
