Nashua police make more than a dozen arrests in drug sweep

NASHUA — Police arrested over a dozen people on drug-related charges this week.

Nashua police said during the week of August 6, 2017, they arrested 13 individuals for various drug-related offenses.

The arrests

Brendon Yoksh, 23 of Windham, was arrested on Monday for an active arrest warrant and charged with one felony count of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, cocaine. He was released on $30,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on October 04, 2017.

Paul Gianetta, 42 of Nashua, was also arrested on Monday and charged with felony possession of controlled drug, heroin. He was released on $300 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment on October 05, 2017.

Dakota Gladstone, 19 of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, was arrested on Tuesday for an active arrest warrant and charged with felony possession of controlled drug, cocaine. He was held on $30,000 cash or surety bail and was arraigned on Wednesday.

Brian Poulin, 38 of Nashua, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with one count of possession of controlled drug, crack cocaine, and one count of falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. Poulin was held on $25,000 cash or surety bail and was arraigned on Wednesday.

Sean Muldoon, 29 of Nashua, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with one count of felony acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, crack cocaine, his second offense. Muldoon refused bail and was arraigned on Wednesday.

Rachael Nickerson, 35 of Nashua, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with felony possession of controlled drug, Suboxone, her second offense. She was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on October 05, 2017.

Nigel Almonte, 24 of Nashua, was arrested on Wednesday for an active arrest warrant and charged with two counts of felony acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, cocaine, his second offense. Almonte refused bail and was held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections before his arraignment Thursday.

Gerald Lamphier, 26 of Lowell, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with one felony count of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug; marijuana. He was also charged with possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, THC oil, and possession of controlled drug, Alprazolam, both felonies, along with possession of controlled drug, marijuana, a misdemeanor. Lamphier was released on $30,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled for arraignment on October 06, 2017.

Samantha Marchant, 23 of Nashua, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with misdemeanor possession of controlled drug, marijuana. She was also charged with transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, also a misdemeanor. Marchant was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on October 06, 2017.

Nelson Mercado, 67 of Nashua, was arrested on Wednesday for an active arrest warrant and charged with felony acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, heroin. He was released on $450 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment on October 06, 2017.

Michael Smokler, 30, of Nashua, was arrested on Thursday and charged with one felony count of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, heroin, and felony one count of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, crack cocaine. Smokler was held on $25,000 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Friday.

Shane King, 21 of Nashua, was arrested on Thursday for an active arrest warrant and charged with two felony counts of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, marijuana. King was held on $25,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Friday.

Andrew Larose, 26 of Litchfield, was arrested on Thursday and charged with one felony count of possession of controlled drug, Oxycodone. Larose was held on $10,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
