Nashua police arrest 8 in recent drug sweep, bringing total to 96 arrests in two months

NASHUA - Nashua police arrested eight people for various drug crimes, bringing the total to 96 busts over the last few months.

Members of the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division, Problem Oriented Policing Unit and Traffic Unit made the arrests July 14.

The people facing charges are:

  • Jordan Martel, 21, of Nashua, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug, Adderall, a felony, and one count of possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Martel was released on a $7,500 personal recognizance bail pending an arraignment.
  • Mycaylan Drake, 21, Nashua, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug, Oxycodone hydrochloride, a felony. Drake was released on a $7,500 personal recognizance bail pending an arraignment.
  • Tommy Tran, 18, Nashua, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug, methylphenidate, a felony and one count of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, marijuana, a felony. Tran was released on a $650 cash bail pending an arraignment.
  • Kyle Violette, 29, of Farmington, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug, his second offense, heroin, a felony, one count of resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and one count of disobeying an officer, a misdemeanor. Violette was not given a bail and was held pending an arraignment.
  • Cesar Walteros, 25, of Nashua, was charged with one count of acts prohibited: sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, a felony, and one count of possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, a misdemeanor. Walteros was held on a $10,000 cash bail pending an arraignment.
  • Joe Burgos, 31, of Nashua, was charged with one count of acts prohibited: sale of a controlled drug, his second offense, heroin, a felony. Burgos was held on a $10,000 cash bail pending an arraignment.
  • Kevin Burgos-Santiago, 28, of Nashua, was charged with one count of acts prohibited: sale of a controlled drug, his second offense, heroin, a felony as well as a capias arrest warrant on a charge of possession of a controlled drug, heroin. Burgos-Santiago was held pending an arraignment as he refused bail.
  • Kisha Antonetty, 29, of Nashua, was charged with one count of acts prohibited: sale of a controlled drug, heroin, a felony and one count of possession of controlled drug, heroin, a felony. Antonetty was held on a $20,000 cash bail pending an arraignment.
