Nashua police arrest 2 in separate sex assault, assault cases

NASHUA - Nashua Police have arrested two men in two seperate assault incidents.

On Wednesday, police arrested Michael McKennon, of 46 Trestle Brook Drive, Nashua, on Wednesday in connection with an alleged sexual assault of a minor in September.

McKennon is being charged with felonious sexual assault, a class B felony punishable by up to seven years in state prison exclusive of fines.

On Tuesday, police arrested Jason Bailey, of Nashua, after he turned himself in. Bailey is being charged with second-degree assault - domestic violence after an alleged altercation with an adult female known to Bailey.

Simple assault and domestic violence, both class A Misdemeanors, also were added to Baily's charges at the time of his arrest. He is being held on $50,000 cash bail.

The victim suffered minor, non-life-threatening injuries.
