Nashua police: 8-month drug investigation leads to arrest for selling prescription meds

NASHUA - A drug investigation beginning last July has ended in the arrest of a man for allegedly selling prescription medication.

Brian Waterman, 40 of Massachusetts, was arrested in Litchfield by Nashua police on Wednesday.

Waterman was charged with one count of sale of controlled drug (amphetamine/dextroamphetamine - a generic form of Adderall. He was also charged with two counts of sale of controlled drug (buprenorphine hydrochloride - a generic form of Suboxone). All charges are felonies.

He is being held on $75,000 bail pending an arraignment on Thursday.
