Nashua man will plead guilty in fatal 2015 stabbing
NASHUA- A Nashua man, one of two arrested in a March, 2015 fatal stabbing, will plead guilty for his role in the murder.
According to a report in The Telegraph of Nashua, Jonathan Goff, 19, will make his plea during an at this point undetermined hearing in December.
Goff was arrested after the murder of Benjamin Marcum, 49, on a city pathway along with Stephan Peno.
Peno pleaded guilty on October 26. Goff's attorneys are asking for 45 years to life in prison. Peno is serving 28 years to life in prison.\
Prosecutors have not decided what they will ask the judge to impose on Goff for a sentence.
