NASHUA - A Nashua man was arrested on a warrant Tuesday, after police found numerous images of the sexual abuse of a child on his computer.

John Miller, 55 of Nashua was arrested on a warrant for possession of child sexual abuse images - a Class A felony, after his initial arrest in Massachusetts over the weekend.

Last week, the Nashua Police Department received a report that Miller was in possession of child pornography, and determined that Miller had fled Nashua for Dracut, Mass., where he was arrested and held at the Billerica House of Corrections.

He appeared in Lowell District Court on Monday and waived extradition following his initial arrest.

Miller has been charged with nine additional counts of possession of child sexual abuse images - all Class A felonies, where each is punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

He is being held on $100,000 cash bail and was scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday.
