Nashua man out on bail faces new charges over sexual and physical assault

NASHUA - A local man out on bail faces a slew of new charges after police say he sexually and physically assaulted someone he knew.

Justin Duplessis, 28, of 25 Congress St., was charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault, second-degree assault, stalking, simple assault, three counts of domestic violence misdemeanors along with obstructing the report of a crime and possession of a controlled substance. Duplessis also violated his bail conditions.

Police say the charges stem from a report of a domestic disturbance at the Congress Street address during the early morning hours on Thursday.

Duplessis was arraigned on Friday and is scheduled for a hearing on a motion to revoke his bail on May 19.
