Nashua man charged with threatening to shoot a mother and daughter
NASHUA - A man who allegedly pointed a gun at a woman and her teenage daughter and threatened to shoot them faces a felony charge of criminal threatening.
Kyle Linscott, 21, of 115 West Hollis Street, was arrested Thursday morning, about five hours after an incident on Pittsburgh Drive.
Police say they received a report of a disorderly group around 4:30 a.m. When officers arrived, they learned a suspect had threatened to shoot a woman and her daughter. No one was injured but further investigation led police to Linscott as a suspect and police subsequently found a handgun at his home.
Linscott was held on $7,500 cash or surety bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Friday morning.
