Nashua man charged with theft after separate shoplifting reports at Ocean State Job Lot

NASHUA - A man has been arrested in connection with two separate reports of shoplifting at an Ocean State Job Lot.

Friday morning, police arrested Curtis Milbourn, 27 of Nashua and charged him with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer - a class B felony, and two counts of theft by deception - class B felonies.

Milbourn's arrest stems back to reports on Feb. 29 and March 7 when a suspect was found to be shoplifting at Ocean State Job Lot.

Records showed that Milbourn had two prior theft related convictions which upgraded the misdemeanor level thefts to class B felonies - each punishable by up to seven years in jail.

He is being held on $1,500 cash or surety bail with an arraignment scheduled for Monday.
