Nashua man charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault


NASHUA - A Nashua man, who is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in July, was arrested Monday.

Michael Lupacchino, 33, was apprehended at his Louisburg Square apartment after a woman reported the incident to the Nashua Police Department's Uniform Field Operations Bureau and they launched an investigation.

Lupacchino was charged with one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault and could face up to 15 years in prison.

He is expected to appear in Nashua District Court on Tuesday.
