HOLLIS - Police have arrested Danny Le, 22, of Nashua. Le is being charged with several crimes including conspiracy to commit kidnapping, burglary, robbery.
In September of last year, Hollis police responded to a home break in on 8 Worcester Road.
The victims, 93-year-old Lillian Alpaugh and her caretaker 60-year-old Kathleen McCormack Haddad had their hands and feet bound while several suspects ransacked their home.
Police said the suspects stole a car from Merrill Lane and drove to the victim's house. Before breaking in, all electricity had been cut off from the home. The two women suffered serious injuries in the attack.
Le is being held on $50,000 cash bail and will be arraigned in Nashua district court Tuesday morning.
Alpaugh was released from the hospital and recovered from her injuries, but during the 5 month investigation, she died from natural causes.
Police said they are still looking for at least two other suspects.
