Nashua man arrested in Boston after failure to comply with sex offender registry

NASHUA - A convicted sex offender from Nashua was arrested Thursday for failing to inform authorities he was living in Boston.

Arthur Bone, 59, a registered sex offender since 1987, failed to tell Nashua Police that he moved to the Boston area several weeks prior.

Informing Nashua Police of any move is required of the Sex Offender Registry.

A Nashua arrest warrant and supporting affidavit was placed for Bone after failure to comply.

Bone was arrested by the Boston Police Department on the warrant and refused the services of a bail commissioner. He is being held on bail pending arraignment.
