Nashua man arrested for hosting underage drinking party in Merrimack hotel

NASHUA – A 22-year-old Nashua man was arrested for allegedly facilitating an underage party in a hotel that had two people intoxicated to the point of hospitalization.

According to the Nashua Telegraph, Juan Baez, was charged with one count of facilitating an underage party after officers responded to a loud party at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham at 246 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack.

Inside the room there were about 25 people, most of whom were under the age of 21 years old and surrounded by alcoholic beverages.

Baez was arrested and released on $1,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court in December.
