Nashua man arrested for 3rd time for failing to register as a sex offender again

NASHUA - Police arrested a man after he failed to register as a sex offender for the second time, they said.

Police arrested Ronald Duby, 42 of Nashua on a warrant Monday afternoon after they realized he failed to comply with terms of the Sex Offender Registry.

He has been charged with two counts of duty to inform - both Class A felonies.

Duby's status as a sex offender stems back to 1995 when he was convicted of felonious sexual assault in Vermont and was also previously convicted of duty to inform in 2009 and then again in 2012.

Due to Duby's repetitive convictions for failure to inform, his Class B felony was escalated to a Class A Felony, and was held on a $10,000 cash/surety bail.
