Nashua man accused of selling heroin faces charges

NASHUA - A Nashua man was arrested on Friday after he was suspected to be selling heroin.

As a result of an investigation, police arrested Gerard McPhail, 35 of Nashua on a warrant. He was charged with three counts of sale of a substance represented to be a controlled drug (heroin), which could be punishable up to a maximum 30 years in prison.

McPhail was held on $5,000 cash bail pending his arraignment that was scheduled for Monday.
