Nashua investigation into heroin and fentanyl sales leads to two arrests
NASHUA - An investigation into heroin and fentanyl drug sales by the Narcotics Intelligence Division of the Nashua police has led to two arrests.
Police arrested Jeremy Brown, 28, of 79 Almont St. in Nashua and Samantha Lussier, 25, of 2 Shattuck Lane in Brookline on warrants Thursday.
Brown is charged with two felony counts of sale of heroin and one felony count of sale of fentanyl. During the booking process, police say they found Brown in possession of some heroin as well, leading to an additional possession charge. Police say Brown has a previous conviction for a drug- related offense so the new charges constitute second offenses.
Lussier, identified by police as Brown's girlfriend, was charged with one felony count of criminal liability of conduct of another, the conduct being the sale of heroin. Police say the pair worked together selling heroin and fentanyl in the Nashua area.
Brown was held on $50,000.00 cash bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Friday.
Lussier was held on $8,000 bail and was also scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Friday.
