Nashua firefighters able to knock down blaze in less than 10 minutes


NASHUA - Authorities responded to a call about a fire on Chestnut Street in Nashua around noon on Tuesday.

Fortunately, no one was home and firefighters were able to quell the blaze in less than 10 minutes.

Damage was contained to the fire's origin in a first-floor apartment and there were no injuries.
