Nashua drug bust nets arrests of 3 men found with cocaine, fentanyl

NASHUA - Three men were arrested Tuesday as a result of an investigation led by Nashua police into the distribution of heroin and cocaine.

Police executed a search warrant on 63 B Ash Street and arrested Joel “Angel" Colon, 23 of Nashua - in possession of 12 grams of crack cocaine, and Eddy “Black” Azcona, 20 of Lawrence, Mass., both at the home, they said. Also as a result of the investigation, they said, Freddy Guardado, 23 of Nashua, was arrested for being in possession of 8 grams of Fentanyl.

Colon was charged with the following

-Acts Prohibited Sale of controlled drug Heroin Felony (5 counts)

-Criminal Liability for Conduct of Another to Acts Prohibited Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin Felony (Two Counts)

-Possession of a Narcotic Drug with the Intent to Distribute, Crack Cocaine, Felony

-Possession of a Narcotic Drug with the Intent to Distribute Fentanyl Felony

-Operating without a Valid License, Misdemeanor

-Resisting Detention, Misdemeanor

Azcona was charged with the following

-Acts Prohibited Sale of a Narcotic Drug, Purported to be Heroin (Three Counts) Felony

Guardado was charged with the following

-Common Nuisance, Felony

-Possession of a Narcotic Drug with the Intent to Distribute, Crack Cocaine Felony

-Possession of Narcotic Drug with the Intent to Distribute, Fentanyl, Felony

-Possession of a Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Misdemeanor

All three men were held on $100,000 cash bail pending their arraignments which were scheduled for Wednesday.
