Nashua doctor charged with getting controlled drug with fake prescription


NASHUA - N.H. State Police said a city doctor has been arrested and charged with getting a scheduled drug through a false prescription.

Henniker police arrested Robert C. Vidavar of Henniker according to a statement given Tuesday, the Union Leader reported.

Vidaver faces the charge of getting a controlled drug through fraud. His license, which was issued in 2007, is set to expire on June 30.
