Nashua declares snow emergency because of Monday storm
NASHUA - The city has declared a snow emergency for Monday from 8 a.m. until Tuesday at 8 a.m.
Public works is asking to keep roads clear of vehicles for safety and to make room for plows working to keep roads clear.
Public works said to expect lengthy clean-up process, and they will push back the existing high banks on secondary residential streets.
They also said there is to be no on-street or municipal surface lot parking allowed, and there will be free parking available in Elm Street and High Street garages. The overnight parking program is suspended.
The Public Works also stated vehichles left on the streets and in municipal surface lots will be towed.
