Nashua couple charged after police say they found laundry list of drugs in their car

NASHUA - A motor vehicle stop early Thursday morning led to the arrest of two people after police say they found a wide assortment of illegal and prescription drugs in the car.

Eric Tanguay, 40, of 7 South Groton St. in Nashua, was charged with possession of crystal methamphetamine, heroin or fentanyl, amphetamines, ecstasy, suboxone, clonazepam, naloxone, oxycodone, diazepam and MDMA. He faces both possession and possession with intent to distribute for many of the substances.

In total, police say Tanguay had approximately 54 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 34 grams of fentanyl, 60 pills of clonazepam, and 31 pills of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine.

Tanguay was also to be found with $2,833, police said.

Jacqueline Westley, 30, a passenger in the car, was charged with possession of fentanyl and unlawful possession of prescription drugs.
