Nashua Community College is 5th-most expensive 2-year degree program for in-state students
CONCORD — Nashua Community College is the fifth most expensive two-year public school for in-state students in the country, but not the most expensive in the state, the Nashua Telegraph reported.
Five of New Hampshire's two year schools were among the top 10 most expensive, including White Mountain Community College, New Hampshire Technical Institute, River Valley Community College and Manchester Community College.
Officials at Nashua Community College announced in that fall that they would continue a tuition freeze through the spring of 2017.
Tuition rates per credit have not risen for the past five years at New Hampshire community colleges, they actually decreased, according to the telegraph.
In regards to four-year universities, the University of New Hampshire is the third most expensive public institution.
