Nasdaq falls 10 percent from September high

NEW YORK (AP) The Nasdaq composite has dipped 10 percent below its most recent closing high of 4,598.19 from Sept. 2. That means the tech-heavy index was trading at a level that would qualify as a "correction" at the end of the day.
