NASA discovers planet similar to Earth - for some reason it's not named 'Earth 2'

In today's "How-is-this-not-bigger-news" news, NASA recently discovered a new planet that resembles earth.

According to scientist, the planet has all the necessary ingredients for life.

That's right. It's the future - not a SciFi movie.

It is called Kepler 452-b.

They think the planet is 6 billion years old, making it 2 billion years older than earth.

It is also 60 percent larger than earth.

NASA held a live press conference today at 12 p.m. to talk about the planet and their plans for future research on the planet's exploration.

We're expecting the Death Star to show up any time now.
