Movie theater offers custom barf bags for cannibal-infused movie

LOS ANGELES, Calif. — A movie theater is offering custom-made barf bags to customers planning on viewing the new movie Raw.

The movie, from French Director Julia Ducournua, is a cannibal-infused horror that has reportedly made several viewers faint and at least one vomit, according to HollywoodReporter.com. The Nuart Theater in Los Angeles is hoping to solve that problem with their new custom-made barf bags.

Before viewing the movie, an usher reportedly hands out the bags explaining to customers that the graphic gore in the movie might result in some unpleasant bodily effects. One of the staff members at the theater came up with the idea after hearing of the movie's possible consequences.

Raw, about a young girl who develops an all-consuming appetite for human flesh, made its world premiere at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival before playing at other fests, including Toronto. Focus World picked up rights to the movie following Cannes.
