Motion hearings against Nathaniel Kibby - accused of kidnapping, raping teen - to begin Tuesday

CONCORD - The man charged with kidnapping a Conway teenager and holding her captive for nine months is due in court this week.

Motion hearings against Nathaniel Kibby are expected to begin Tuesday and last three full days at the Belknap County Superior Court.

Kibby is facing 205 charges including alleged kidnapping - including 80 counts of aggravated of felonious sexual assault and 80 counts of felonious sexual assault.

The teen, a student at Kennet High School, was abducted in Oct. 2013.

It is unclear when the jury will be selected for the case.
