More than 120,000 Mercedes-Benz vehicles recalled due to air bag malfunction

CONCORD - The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has recalled more than 120,000 Mercedes-Benz vehicles due to a manufacturing issue that can cause air bag malfunction.

According to Philadelphia Business Journal, the recalled models are 2008-2009 C300 Sedan, C300 4Matic, C63 AMG and the C350 vehicles. The 2010 GLK350 and the GLK350 4Matic vehicles are also recalled.

The error can cause air bags to inflate without impact or not inflate in a crash.
