Monthlong investigation leads to NH man's arrest on intent to distribute charges
LONDONDERRY — A 22-year-old man is facing an intent to distribute charge after state police seized narcotics and marijuana from his home following a monthlong investigation.
New Hampshire State Police said that Michael Toth, of Londonderry, was arrested Friday and is being charged with the sale of a narcotic drug, oxycodone.
Following his arrest, State Police obtained a search warrant to search Toth's residence and seized over $10,000 in cash and 2 pounds of marijuana. Other evidence found during the search led to an additional intent to distribute charge.
Toth is being held at the Rockingham County House of Corrections after refusing bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday at Derry district court.
