Monroe man charged with drunken driving after flipping his OHRV and injuring his passenger
MONROE - A local man was arrested after flipping an off-road vehicle, injuring himself and a passenger, officials said.
Fernando Casarrubias-Villamil was operating his OHRV at an unsafe speed when he failed to negotiate a turn and flipped the machine, N.H. Fish and Game officials said. Both he and his passenger sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Officials arrested Casarrubias-Villamil for driving while intoxicated. Neither Casarrubias-Villamil or his passenger was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
