Monday storm to bring significant snowfall


Low pressure will move across southern New Hampshire on Monday. Snow Spreads southwest beginning late Sunday into Early Monday. Snow continues through the day Monday before ending late Monday night. Snow covered roads could lead to hazardous travel conditions with visibility reduced come the early morning hours. Give yourself plenty of travel time come the morning commute.

This will be a light fluffy snow, and an all-day event. Amounts ranging from 12-15" in areas like Nashua, Keene, and out to the seacoast. The city of Manchester and Concord fall into the 10-12" range. Beyond that, areas like Laconia and the Lakes region could see anywhere from 8-10" and up farther to the most northern end of Coos County could see 6-8".

Highs on Monday will be limited to the single digits to around 15 degrees and gusty northwest winds will produce wind chills of -5 to -20 Monday afternoon and evening.
