Missing Concord inmate turns himself back into halfway house
CONCORD - An inmate that walked away from the North End Transitional Housing Unit has turned himself in.
Robert Michael Mozeika, 50, of Chicester, was last seen leaving the facility Thursday morning. He turned himself in around midnight.
He has been moved to the N.H. State Prison for Men where he will be questioned.
He was sentenced to 4 years for theft and was eligible for parole June 2016.
