MERRIMACK - A Merrimack woman is charged with two counts of simple assault for "chest-bumping" and kicking another woman, police said.
Fylisity Baker-Scott, 47, of Merrimack, turned herself into police Wednesday, several hours after the alleged incident took place. The victim told police Baker-Scott assaulted her by "chest-bumping" and kicking her. Merrimack Police obtained a warrant for Baker-Scott's arrest and she turned herself into police about 3 p.m.
She was released on $2,000 bail and is scheduled to to be arraigned May 10 at the 9 Circuit District Court of Merrimack.
