Merrimack woman arrested for violating protection order after driving by home twice
MERRIMACK - A woman was arrested Thursday for violating a protective order after she allegedly drove by the home where the person she was ordered to stay away from lives, police said.
Fylisity L. Baker-Scott, 47, #12-9 Railroad Ave., was charged with a violation of a protective order. She was previously arrested March 30 for simple assault after "chest-bumping" and kicking another woman.
Baker-Scott was held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned before the Merrimack Circuit Court today.
