Merrimack teens accused of doing doughnuts on baseball field turn selves in to police


MERRIMACK - Two teens turned themselves in to police after being accused of doing doughnuts on a field.

Timothy L'Heureux, 17, and Tyler Signer, 19, both of Merrimack, had a warrant for their arrest on criminal mischief charges.

The pair are accused of driving on the baseball field at Veterans Park on Nov. 26.

When an officer arrived at the field around 11:16 p.m., he saw both teens driving erratically and doing doughnuts, police said.

An inspection found significant damage to the field.

They teens were released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.

They are both scheduled to appear in Merrimack district court on Dec. 30.

The misdemeanor charge is punishable by up to a year in prison and a $2,000 fine.
