Merrimack boy falls into pool, saved by bystander who performed CPR


MERRIMACK - An 8-year-old boy was pulled from a pool Saturday unconscious and not breathing and saved by a bystander who performed CPR. Fire officials responded to find the young boy on a patio chair alert and breathing on his own.

Fire officials said the boy was pulled from the pool at 100 Baboosic Lake Road by his uncle and the bystander rushed into perform the life-saving measures.

He was taken to Southern New Hampshire Regional Medical Center for further evaluation.
