Massive drug sweep ends with 14 arrests in Nashua

NASHUA - A massive drug sweep in the Gate City has ended with the arrests of 14 people - all now facing charges related to drug activity.

The Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division, Problem Oriented Policing Unit, Traffic Unit, and the New Hampshire DEA HIDTA task force conducted a combined drug impact initiative targeting drug crimes, and various crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity.

In all, 14 people were arrested. These individuals were: Cathy Simard, Marc Peron, Johnny Reyes, James Blount, Ethan Mayou, Elisha Payne, Sean Walker, Michelle Paige, Ricky Michaud, Anthony Clark, Corey Mccrady, Joseph Parent, Dakota Gladstone, and Eric Tanguay.

The arrests

Cathy Simard, 55 of Nashua, was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug; Heroin, Felony and one count of Possession of Controlled Drug, Clonazepam, Felony. Simard was held on $100,000 cash bail, pending an arraignment on September 14, 2016.

Marc Peron, 52 of Nashua, was charged with one count of Criminal Liability for Conduct of Another; Acts Prohibited: Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony, one count of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug; Heroin, Second Offense, Felony, Possession of Controlled Drug heroin with Intent to Distribute, Second Offense, Felony, Enhanced Penalty in excess of five grams, and one count of Common Nuisance, Felony. Peron was found to be in possession of approximately 10 grams of heroin on his person during the arrest. Peron was held on $50,000 cash, pending an arraignment on September 14, 2016.

Johnny Reyes, 20 of Nashua, was arrested for two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony, and one count of Possession of Controlled Drug heroin with Intent to Distribute, Felony, and one count of Possession of Controlled Drug; Suboxone. Reyes was held on $10,000 cash, pending an arraignment on September 14, 2016.

James Blount, 50 of Nashua, was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony, and one count of Falsifying Physical Evidence, Felony. Blount was held on $20,000 cash or surety bail, pending an arraignment on September 14, 2016.

Ethan Mayou, 26 of Nashua, was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Oxycodone, Felony and one count of Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, Felony. Mayou was held on $100,000 cash or surety bail, pending an arraignment on September 14, 2016.

Elisha Payne, 26 of Nashua, was charged with one count of Criminal Liability For Conduct of Another to Sale of Controlled Drug, Felony, and one count of Possession of Controlled Drug Oxycodone With Intent to Distribute, Felony. Payne was held on $25,000 cash or surety bail, pending an arraignment on September 14, 2016.

Sean Walker, 24 of Merrimack, was charged with one count of Possession of Controlled Drug With Intent to Distribute, Marijuana, Felony, and one count of Possession of Controlled Drug With Intent to Distribute, Cocaine, Felony. Walker was held on $50,000 cash bail, pending an arraignment on September 14, 2016.

Michelle Paige, 23 of Nashua, was charged with Possession of Controlled Drug.

Ricky Michaud, 46 of Hudson, was charged with one count of Possession of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony, second offense, and one count of possession of a controlled drug, Suboxone, Felony Second Offense. Michaud was held on $20,000 cash or surety, pending an arraignment on September 14, 2016.

Anthony Clark, 20 of Nashua, was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug, Xanax, Felony and Resisting Detention, Misdemeanor. Clark was held on $20,000 cash or surety, pending an arraignment on September 14, 2016.

Corey Mccrady, 30 of Hudson, was charged with one count of Possession of Controlled Drug; Heroin, Felony, second offense and one count of Possession of Controlled Drug; Suboxone, Felony, second offense. Mccrady was held on $25,000 cash, pending an arraignment on September 14, 2016.

Joseph Parent, 36 of Nashua, was arrested on an active warrant for two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug; Heroin, Felony. Parent refused bail, pending an arraignment on September 14, 2016.

Dakota Gladstone, 18 of Nashua, was charged with Possession of Controlled Drug; Marijuana, Misdemeanor.

Eric Tanguay, 40 of Nashua, was arrested on an active Federal out of town warrant, whom was previously released on bail stemming from a previous Nashua Police Department Drug Investigation. Tanguay was held without bail.
