NORTH HAMPTON - A 10-month investigation has led to the arrest of a massage practitioner.
Police said Qiong Yu Liang, 41 of Mass., was arrested for massage practitioner license required as a second offense on Sunday.
The arrest followed an investigation that started in May 2015 when police said they received reports of "suspicious activity" at the Feng-Shui Therapy Alternative Medicine.
Liang is scheduled to appear in court on April 20.
