Manchester woman pleads guilty to conspiring to distribute heroin and fentanyl


CONCORD — A Manchester woman pleaded guilty to possessing and conspiring to distribute fentanyl and heroin.

The crime took place on June 22, 2015 when Manchester police responded to a residence for reports of gunshots. They found Jeannette Hardy, 25, at a nearby convenience store with a gunshot wound in her hand and finger.

Police later identified Hardy as a mid-level drug dealer in the city.

Police searched the residence and found 1.78 kilograms of fentanyl and $198,542 in cash. They also found a safe deposit box with $560,050 and $7,000 in a storage unit.

A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 27 at 11 a.m. at the United States District Court. Hardy faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 10 years.
