Manchester woman passed out behind wheel arrested with 7 grams of heroin, $1,800 cash, stun gun

MANCHESTER – Police said a Manchester woman who was high on heroin was found slumped over the wheel of her parked car near Massabesic Street on Monday.

Kimberly Farrell, 42, had more than 7 grams of heroin and more than $1,800 on her when she was arrested.

Police also found three cell phones, a scale and a stun gun, which - as a convicted felon - she was prohibited to possess, in the truck.

Farrell was charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and charged with having the stun gun.

She is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
