MANCHESTER - A 19-year-old Manchester man has been indicted on charges that he was harassing, threatening and groping teen girls on their way to school earlier this year.
Ahmed Abukar is accused of groping and threatening several students on their way to Central High School on Jan. 26.
He allegedly put his hands on the buttocks of multiple women, followed several of them -- in one case saying "hey mommy," and in another asking the teen to come with him, saying he'd pull a gun and shoot her if she didn't.
The indictment covers 15 charges including stalking, sexual assault and threatening. All 15 charges are misdemeanors.
