Manchester police officers to be honored for work in unresolved West Side stabbing death

Fourteen police officers and a police dog -- K9 Bud -- are set to be honored Monday for their roles in the investigation into the murder of Christopher Gagnon, 22, of 73 B St who died after being stabbed in the chest on Feb. 2 in Black Acres on the city's West Side. No one has been charged in the case.
